1976 witnessed the establishment of major entity named Aceto Chem Pvt. Ltd. The company started manufacturing and marketing of dyes intermediates for food colour and textiles. The company has since consolidated its position a major entity. Under the charismatic leadership of Mr. Jitendra P. Parmar and Bansilal D. Patel, the company has become a strong force to reckon with.

In spite of market fluctuations, the company is reporting steady and dynamic progress year after year.
